Kensbock, JM (Julia)
Dr. Julia M. Kensbock is an Assistant Professor at Maastricht University, School of Business and Economics, Department of Organization, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship. She obtained her PhD (summa cum laude) from the University of Duisburg-Essen in 2018. Before, she studied psychology with a focus on Work and Organizational Psychology at the Universities of Mannheim and Konstanz (Germany) and worked as a research assistant at the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland).
Julia’s research is located at the interface between psychology, management, and entrepreneurship. Her work has been published in leading international journals, including Administrative Science Quarterly (ASQ), Journal of Business Venturing (JBV), Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal (SEJ), and Human Resource Management (HRM) and presented at leading conferences (including Academy of Management Annual Meeting, Babson College Entrepreneurship Research Conference).
